PRINTS

To produce each print accurately to each image, some adjustments to cropping and coloring may be necessary. By purchasing prints, the buyer agrees to such minor adjustments, entrusting francoisaubret.com to make necessary adjustments for best aesthetic value and printing results. The buyer recognizes that such adjustments are completely separate from what would be considered production error or damage. We retains the right to refrain from accepting a return due to such adjustments if minor adjustment does not impact what we consider the image aesthetic value. 

Depending on the size, each print includes a ¾" to 1 ¾" white border.

The prints are not signed and numbered.

Prints bought on francoisaubret.com are shipped in thick mailing tubes with padding on both ends of the tube, to prevent the prints from sliding inside during shipping. The end caps are secured with staples.


CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have special requests, don't hesitate and get in touch with us. We would gladly help! For example:
- if you see a photo you really like on our social media but can't find it in our shop
- if you need help curating your own gallery wall
- if you want your prints framed


FRAMES

All prints are sold unframed but here are our suggestions for what we think looks best:

  • use black, white or light natural wood (matte finish)
  • find a flat frame profile and as thin as possible: between ½" to ¾"
  • get your prints framed as shadowboxes. Prints look more elegant when they are not displayed directly behind the plexi facing (around 1" deep is good)
  • if you go for a shadowbox effect, you will need white spacers around to hold the print back (acid free is not a must)
  • regular white foam board backing to mount the print on (acid free is not a must)
  • choose plexi facing. It is lighter, shatter resistant and allows less glare (glare free is not a must)

For all applicable orders, state tax is applied in the state of California.


SHIPPING
AND TRACKING

You are responsible for all shipping costs, calculated on an actual cost basis.

Depending on the production, preparation and shipping method, it takes around 6 to 8 days for your order to be delivered in the U.S, and 8 to 15+ days internationally. 

For large orders, purchases might arrive in multiple packages.

Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses. You will be alerted via e-mail as your order ships and a tracking number will be included. Once your package has arrived you will receive a confirmation of delivery.

Francoisaubret.com ships by USPS globally and purchases are securely packed specifically for your order. We provide three shipping options; all shipping times include production and preparation time and are estimated as provided by USPS:

In uncommon cases of oversized or custom orders, buyers will be contacted for freight shipping options.


WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

For international orders (outside the U.S), it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be aware of the duties and fees of the destination country prior to the purchase. The customer placing the order is responsible for all applicable taxes that may be applied to products shipped internationally. Orders rejected from the buyer for refusal to pay duties and/or fees will be returned to us. In this case, return shipping is paid by us, but refunds will not be granted to the buyer.


RETURN

To return your product, please let us know first at contact@francoisaubret.com within 14 days of delivery. We will email you the details. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund.


ORDER ISSUE

Purchases will be eligible for returns due to quality-related issues, damage occurring prior to or during shipping, or loss during shipping. If your purchase is damaged or lost due to shipping or error in production, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Simply email contact@francoisaubret.com, stating your order number, and specify in detail the quality-related issue that has occurred.

Once the claim is received, we will respond if it is necessary for proof to be provided or for damaged or defective items to be returned. Upon claim review, we will reproduce the damaged portion of your order or provide a refund for the production and shipping of any damaged portion of your order. 

Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted. Francoisaubret.com has the sole discretion to determine what is considered a quality-related issue.
